We are seeking a Director of Engineering to help build our technology road map.
In this position you will work closely with your customers to determine what products they will need in the future and bring that information back to our engineering teams to determine how we can build the products of the future.
Strong experience with Robotics, Life Sciences, Automated Equipment or Capitol Equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams
- Experience developing new products from concept through production using a stage gate process
- Determining next generation technical capabilities to meet Customers’ new needs
- Strong systems engineering background including Mechanical, Electrical and Software
