Director of Program Management
This is an exciting opportunity to head up the Program Management function for Robotic Systems and manage a team of Program/Project Managers.
The Director will manage a team of individuals to ensure programs stay on-track and deliverables achieved on time and within budget.
- Drive program execution to ensure they are on time, within budget, and meet requirements
- Create PMO processes and identify new tools needed to improve execution
- Ensure resource requirements are accurately estimated for programs/projects and that priorities are aligned with Land Systems goals/objectives and product roadmaps
- Work with the team to identify risks early, as well as mitigation plans to drive risk down
Qualifications:
- 12+ Years of experience as a PM on technical development programs/projects
- 3+ Years of leadership experience overseeing Program/Project Managers and/or PMO
- Leadership and experience managing DOD acquisition programs
