We’re actively seeking a materials scientist to help develop and manufacture a formulation of Agar. The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of materials science couple with manufacturing processes.
In this position, you will be responsible for the formulation of agar and media as well as working with a team to come up with the best process and automation system.

Experience working with media or agar
- Experience working w/ organic/living ingredients (i.e. agar is mainly made up of peptone, animal extract, yeast extract, seaweed extract)
- Experience working with creating mixtures (liquids & powders)
- Experience developing processes for automating mixture formulations (liquids & powders)
- Process development (ranging studies, DOEs)
