What You Will Be Doing
You will be running a full life cycle recruiting desk, generating client business through your own lead generation methodology and using our proprietary systems to source for the best talent available in highly competitive markets. This consists of learning our business from interviewing candidates, to marketing them to clients, to cold calling and writing highly effective emails. You will also learn about our clients and candidates and gain a strong understanding of the markets and technical skills they have/need.
